Google will stop account sign-in for users running old Android version

“Signing in to your account on Google apps will no longer be supported on phones with Android version 2.3.7 or lower starting Sep. 27” reads the email received by some Google users. This means that starting September 27, those running Android version 2.3.7 or lower will not be able to sign into their accounts.
