Apple will now allow users to rate its own apps on App Store

Apple has always given an option to users to re-download Apple's in-house apps if they have deleted them. But the company never allowed them to write App Store reviews for the apps or even give them a rating. Now it appears that the company is changing this age-old tradition and is allowing users to review Apple's apps.
