Government to WhatsApp: Submit report on outage in next 4-5 days

The government has asked the instant messaging platform WhatsApp for a report on the outage of its services on October 26. WhatsApp services went down for almost 2 hours on Tuesday in several parts of the world. Users were not able to share messages, videos, pictures or make calls on the platform.
