Apple to increase App Store prices in multiple countries starting February 13

As per the blog post, the company claims that it periodically prices on the App Store in certain regions “based on changes in taxes and foreign exchange rates”. Apple adds that these adjustments are done using “publicly available exchange rate information from financial data providers”. These changes help the iPhone maker to ensure that prices for apps and in-app purchases remain equalised across all storefronts.
