Google ‘kills’ a popular social media feature for YouTube

YouTube is set to end its Stories feature on June 26, 2023, according to a blog post by the company. The feature, which was introduced in 2017, enabled users to make temporary posts. Stories that are already live on the date of shutdown will expire seven days after they were shared, YouTube said.
