More than 1 lakh ChatGPT accounts stolen India tops the list

Hackers have stolen the personal information of ChatGPT users and are selling it on the dark web, says Singapore-based cybersecurity firm Group-IB. Over 101,000 devices with saved ChatGPT login credentials have been identified as containing the stealer malware. The Asia-Pacific region experienced the highest concentration of compromised credentials with India topping the targeted country list with 12,632 compromised credentials. To mitigate these risks, Group-IB recommends users update their passwords regularly and not input sensitive data or customer information into chatbots.
