TCS announces senior leadership changes in stock exchange filing

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) disclosed a number of senior management changes on July 30th, including the retirements of the chief technology officer and a number of others in key leadership roles. Among the changes, the company has identified six new senior management personnel and Rajashree R, former chief marketing officer, is no longer considered senior management. TCS is continuing to restructure its senior executive team with several retirements expected in the coming months, following the abrupt resignation of former CEO Rajesh Gopinathan earlier this year.
