Indian company Boat has announced the launch of its first smart ring, called the Boat Smart Ring. Priced at Rs 8,999 ($120), the wearable offers advanced tracking capabilities and features a ceramic and metal design. It also comes with smart touch controls, allowing users to play and pause music, change tracks, take photos, and navigate applications. The ring works with the companion Boat Ring app, which provides detailed health insights. The Boat Smart Ring competes with the upcoming Noise Luna Ring, which aims to provide insightful data on sleep, readiness, and activity.
