Microsoft revises Activision deal, to sell cloud gaming rights to Ubisoft

Microsoft is restructuring its deal to acquire Activision Blizzard in order to appease UK regulators. Under the revised deal, Microsoft plans to transfer cloud gaming rights for Activision Blizzard games to Ubisoft. This means that if the acquisition is successful, Microsoft will not have exclusive control over the licensing terms of Activision Blizzard games on rival services.
