You may not need a password to login to LinkedIn, X, here's why

Passkeys, a passwordless login method, may soon be available on LinkedIn and Elon Musk-owned X, according to app decoder Steve Moser. Passkeys are more secure than passwords as they are not stored in plaintext, making them resistant to hacking and phishing attacks. They are also easier to use as they can be authenticated using biometric methods. Google and Apple have already adopted passkeys, with Google supporting them in Chrome and Android, and Apple incorporating them into its latest operating systems.
