Google is also reportedly bringing a similar feature to Pixel smartphones in Android 14. This addition is important as it helps users monitor their battery usage and potentially extend the lifespan of their devices. Reports suggest that the average lifespan of a lithium-ion battery is 2 to 3 years or 300 to 500 charge cycles.
