Myntra has launched an AI-powered chatbot named Maya to enhance the shopping experience for customers. Maya, powered by OpenAI's ChatGPT, assists users in navigating through Myntra's vast range of styles by answering their queries. The chatbot offers a more natural conversational search experience, similar to interacting with a sales assistant. Initially, Maya will be available to 10% of Myntra's user base, with plans to expand its availability in the future. Myntra aims to further develop Maya's capabilities, including summarizing ratings and reviews, aiding with size selection, and adding voice and image capabilities.
