Spotify relaunches creator program for podcasters in India

Spotify has relaunched its podcast creator programs to support new and existing creators in the industry. The Managed Partner Program provides education, support, and promotion for existing podcasters, while PodStart helps creators starting their podcasting journey. Spotify has seen significant growth in podcast consumption in India, with horror shows experiencing a 113% growth in listeners and education podcasts seeing a 29% growth. The platform aims to continue growing the podcast ecosystem and building the podcast listening habit through various initiatives.
