When Big Tech Facebook, Google and Tesla lost over $200 billion in a week

The seven technology companies known as the Magnificent Seven, which include Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Facebook Meta, Microsoft, Nvidia, and Tesla, have experienced a decline in their stock market performance. Disappointing earnings have resulted in a loss of nearly $200 billion in market value for these companies. Google's parent company, Alphabet, saw its share price fall by over 9%. However, Microsoft is an exception, as it reported positive results. Despite these setbacks, the tech-heavy Nasdaq 100 Index remains up 31% for the year.
