Google working on Pixel-exclusive AI assistant: Here’s what it may be called

Google is working on a new AI assistant called Pixie, which will be exclusive to Pixel devices like the upcoming Pixel 9 series. Pixie will use data from Google products on the phone to offer a more personalised version of the Google Assistant. It will be different from the Google Assistant found on other Android devices. This move by Google aims to increase the gap between Pixel phones and other smartphones. Google is also integrating AI features into its lower-end phones and devices like its watch.
