OpenAI brings updates to its 'AI chatbots': Here’s what is new

OpenAI has released new language models and updated existing models including two new embedding models: text-embedding-3-small and text-embedding-3-large. The text-embedding-3-small model offers stronger performance, increased efficiency, and a reduced price compared to its predecessor. The GPT-3.5 Turbo model has been updated to improve accuracy in responding to requested formats and fix a bug related to non-English language function calls. OpenAI has also released an updated GPT-4 Turbo preview model, which aims to address 'laziness' issues and includes a fix for non-English UTF-8 generations.
